KHIP is an okay station. Their Jocks play out of a pool of about 300 songs with very little deviation. The Blazy Show plays weekday mornings but is a shadow of what he used to do while on KOME. They have recently switched locations for their station, so it remains to be seen if they continue having more technical difficulties than most High School radio stations I have listened to. They no longer play Nights with Alice Cooper (despite still having it advertised on their website even after five months). They do play Sammy Hagar's Countdown and Dee Snyder's House of Hair on Saturday nights, The Acoustic Storm on Sunday mornings, and Live in Concert on Sunday nights (NONE of which are mentioned on their website). If you go over Highway 17 the signal fades after the summit.
