Every now and then, when commenting on the performance of the Houston Astros, Milwaukee sports-radio commentators will make references to the fact that they cheated during the 2017 season and post-season. This revelation came out before the 2020 regular season. That year, Dusty Baker was hired as their manager because his reputation as both a player and manager were untarnished. It was later discovered that a few years earlier, the New York Yankees were transmitting signals to their batters in much the same manner. Why is that fact never brought up?
