I listened to fun oldies when it was FM then switched to AM. Until a few days ago, when suddenly the AM station changed to KNOT and is nothing but talk about news, politics and sports, so incredibly boring. I also tried the 97.9 listed on their website but I just get mostly static with what sounds like country music in the background. I sent Fun Oldies a message asking where they went but never received an answer. Very disappointing and sad that I miss my favorite station. Where did they go this time?

Recently moved to Prescott and was so happy to find 97.9 oldies radio station. Loved the music so much I could listen to it all day long. Why was it taken off? Please let us know if you will be bringing it back.

Like everyone else, I, too am terribly disappointed that Fun Oldies 97.9 has disappeared from the FM radio airwaves. It was a very good station with a playlist every bit as good as Sirius XM Satellite Radio. No one will listen to the station on AM, that's a given. Every effort should be made to bring back this great station to the 97.9 FM radio frequency ....it was the only Oldies station in the Quad Citys area!
