I recently attended the Tamale Festival and wasn't able to find any commerative T Shirts for sale.
I learned that next year will be the 20th anniversary of the festival and thought this should be celebrated.
Why not have professional artists and High school students design TShirts that can be ordered on line with mailings and for sale at the festival. 4-5 different designs on multiple shirt colors. White, gold, yellow, red and black come to mind.
Sales could fund some community need.
The best entertainment, for me, of this year's festival was the Tucson HS Mariachi Band. Quite a talented group.
Make the 20th anniversary a memorable occasion to be talked about for years to come.
