I had made 92.9 one of the presets on my radio. It was great to hear so many oldies going all the way back to the 1950s, many songs that I hadn't heard in years!
Imagine my disappointment when I started my truck the other day, only to find that the station had switched to a Spanish language/Hispanic music format.
I suppose I'll have to go back to listening to 101.7, although the music isn't as varied as 92.9 was. Very sad.

Where did the oldies go?? And ANOTHER Mexican format station on the dial?? I was heartbroken when CD 92.9 left the air as it was the only alternative station available in the area. Even so, I came to be grateful that at least the oldies music was a general, across-the-board-likable music format. I feel like another Mexican music format station (which ALSO took over 102.5, CD92.9’s former home) is the over saturation of a niche format that diminishes the listening choices for the general public. Columbus radio is so disappointing . Makes me miss the many listening choices available in the Cleveland area.
