Give this to Liz: “Consider practicing speaking without using the phrases “you know “ and “I was like” . Doing this will make your show more pleasant and will increase your professionalism. If you listen to a recording of your show I think you would be surprised as how often you use those phrases.

I enjoy listening to WTKN while in the car. Love the Liz and Nick show in the mornings and Bongino in the afternoons.

Does anyone associated with your station actually listen to broadcasts-1/8/25 but not the only day- Since the 12 oclock slot we ( apparently not yall) have been listening to Bongino dueling with commercials for 5 minutes or so, not just once but every ad break.
