Your rating system only gives an option to 5 stars. It should reflect 100 +. FYI, I'm 71 and have had a major background / position in the record industry. In the 70s and 80s I was a special accounts rep for several record labels selling to the largest retailers, chains and distributors in the Eastern USA. I've assisted in the breakout of many artists including Steely Dan, Jim Croce, Donna Summer and many others as well. However, in my writing this - it's not about me, it's truly about WSRQ the radio station we fell upon by pure accident. In the above, I only wanted to express my love and knowledge of the industry. That said, in June of 23, my wife and I purchased a summer home in Venice Florida. We were originally from New York till the 80s when moved to Orlando Florida. In all our years, we never came across such an impressive station. Today we still reside in both locations and are so thankful for todays technology that allows us to listen to WSRQ anywhere we travel. I can't say enough for the music selections and the sing alongs we do while traveling anywhere and everywhere we go. In closing, when I met my wife in 73, she was the buyer for a very large dept chain.
LOVING WSRQ

I'm 71years old and I find listening to the classics fantastic, but I live in Tampa. I listen to your station on Saturdays and Sundays when I'm in the car and you are the only music station on the AM dial. I only wish your signal was only stronger for better reception.

I began listening to WSRQ in Feb. of 2021 while vacationing in Sarasota. My wife is 66 and I will be 73 on Thursday the 6th and I grew up with the great music of the 60s and was fortunate to have seen many of the performers of that era. We are from Lansing Michigan and cannot listen to the music of our times and so the 2 months that we are in Florida, WSRQ is heard from morning till long after dark. And by the way the neibors in the park that we stay in must think this couple from Michigan must love the music because we dance in the driveway almost every day. Keep up the the greatest format on the radio.
